We are excited to introduce an innovative and highly talented Belgian Artist GARTNER to our team of artists. GARTNER exhibited his work for the first time in the UK in London at the Affordable Art Fair Hampstead Heath in May and then at AAF Hong Kong where his work was greatly admired.
Born in Antwerp in 1947 the artist attended music school where he studied classical and jazz music. In the 60’s he worked as an author and poet and in 1966 wond first prize in Belgian Radio & Television Contest. At that time he began making his first drawings. After completing his studies he travelled around the world and spent a lot of time in South America where he met the native peoples of the Amazon who inspired him further. His first exhibition was in New York in 1991 which led to many exhibitions internationally along with many international art fairs. In 2012 the artist moved to Tel Aviv where we were fortunate to meet him at a wedding! We look forward to a successful collaboration.
Don’t miss GARTNER’s work which will next be on exhibition on Stand i12 at AAF AUTUMN EDITION 18-21 October 2018
